As a selected partner for the
Singapore-Hangzhou Science and Technology Park, Ascendas
will implement its proprietary real estate management
system, acronymed AREMS, at the Park. Ascendas has a
proven track record of developing and managing
industrial business and hi-tech parks in Asia. Its
renowned flagships include the Singapore Science Park,
India's International Tech Park, Bangalore and Suzhou
Industrial Park. Under AREMS, Ascendas will transfer its
best practices and know-how in quality real estate
management to the Park. This involves providing advisory
and consultancy services across the real estate chain,
including masterplan review, development management,
marketing consultancy, property management, lease
management and asset
management.

& Technological Development Area, the Singapore-Hangzhou
Science and Technology Park is easily accessible via an
established transportation network. The Park also enjoys the
advantage of locating next to Xiasha's Higher Education Park,
the largest in Zhejiang Province. Consisting of 15
universities and 200,000 teachers and students, the Higher
