        园区的空间形态充分考虑了与周边的有机联系,高层建筑和多层建筑成组群错落有致布置,整体形成起伏连续、前后层次分明的空间形态。中心景观区突出个性,是轴线空间的主要设计节点;入口广场、体育公园和地铁广场形成次要节点。绿地系统结合中心景观和各地块绿化形成网络步行系统;各功能空间形成相应的风貌特色。利用景观区的建筑形成标志,有机组织规划区空间轮廓线,道路景观通过绿化以及建筑界面处理形成韵律与节奏。

 首期项目“软件工厂”位于科技园区东南侧,东侧为科技孵化器,南临快速干道6号路,西侧为科技园区主干道拇指路,北侧为园区规划道路,西南侧即为科技园区主入口。项目规划面积40846平方米,建筑总面积约10万平方米。三组错落有致的六大单体建筑,共同构建为承接服务外包产业的现代化楼宇。
